All of my experiences with reps have been pleasant. They try hard to help, usually, although like any other profession, there are a few employees I've encountered who don't seem to care as much about their job as most of their co-workers.I would concur that in the DC area the Reston store is probably your best bet as far as finding someone interested in talking to you however none of the stores in the DC metro area has the professionalism and attention to customer found at either the Verizon or AT&T stores.Here are some consideration to make before signing a contract with Sprint.
